At 1,800m the chic hamlet of St. Christoph is one of the highest alpine ski villages in Austria. The true highlight of staying here is the fantastic doorstep skiing. Outside of the hotel the village, which began life back in the fourteenth century, has a few smart cafés for an après ski stop in spectacular scenery. St. Christoph is at the heart of the vast Arlberg Ski Circus, which includes four other resorts - St. Anton, Stuben, Lech and Zürs. There's something to challenge every level, as the ski area boasts some of Austria's most extensive and varied terrain.

Our base is The Sporthotel, set in the midst of spectacular alpine scenery the hotel is right in the village centre with direct access to the Arlberg ski area. The stylish, modern lounge and bar, coupled with light airy rooms make for a relaxing atmosphere and the delightful pool area is the ideal way to end an eventful day. The hotel has its own in-house ski hire shop and equipment can be pre-booked at the time of booking. A 1 minute walk will take you to the ski lift and ski school meeting place!

The Arlberg has always been famous for its beauty, reliable snow extending right down to the villages and the excellent condition of its slopes. A total of 85 of state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts offer the highest standard of safety and comfort. The Arlberg lift pass covers all resorts of St Christoph, St Anton, Stuben, Lech & Zürs.

440 km of slopes, for all abilities, challenging steep slopes and deep-snow ski runs, snowboard fun parks, carving areas, permanent racing circuits and numerous cosy meeting places ensure variety and enjoyment.

Following our usual format on ski conferences, we ski all day and hold lectures between 5.30 and 8.00 p.m. daily before relaxing into some wonderful Austrian cuisine and an evening at the bar. We aim to offer an exceptional academic programme covering a variety of topics over the 15 hours during the week.

Private instructors and guides will be available to accompany those who wish each morning for 3 hours at an additional cost. The perfect way to either improve your level of skiing or get the most out of the ski circuit. Allow yourself to be guided by the local experts who know every inch of this extensive area.
