Ski Carriage / Baggage Allowance

BRITISH AIRWAYS

HOLD BAG

Each passenger can bring 1 hold bag with a maximum weight of 23kg. Up to 90 x 75 x 43cm (35 x 30 x 17in).

CABIN BAG

Each passenger is allowed to bring one handbag/laptop bag no larger than 40cm x 30cm x 15cm. Up to 23kg (1 additional cabin bag, up to 56cm x 45cm x 25cm Up to 23kg.

SKI & BOOT BAG CARRIAGE

You can take skiing or snowboarding equipment as part of your checked baggage so long as the bag is within the maximum bag dimensions.

Skis and snowboards must be packed in a protective bag and can be in the same bag as your boots or clothes.

If you pack your boots separately from your skis or snowboard, your boot bag can be carried as hand baggage if it's within the correct dimensions. If it doesn't, it must be checked in and will count as an extra checked bag.

For safety reasons you can't board the aircraft wearing ski boots.

Handbags or laptop-sized bags are guaranteed to travel in the cabin as hand baggage. On busy flights, you may be asked to check in your larger cabin bag. Make sure your travel documents and other essentials are in your smaller hand bag.

Each passenger is allowed to bring one cabin bag which must be no more than 10kg and no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.

You can also bring one small personal item on board.

SKI & BOOT BAG CARRIAGE

From £60 INCLUDES 1 SKI BAG + 1 BOOT BAG combined weight up to 22kg. If bringing both skis and boots you can pack these as separate items.

Ski Bag Max 290cm x 90cm.

All liquids, aerosols and gels must be 100ml or less.
